John Jay is buried on private
property that is surrounded by a nature center. There is a visitors
center and we got directions from the woman working there. We hiked
back about 200 yards and found the cemetery. It is surrounded by a six
foot high barbed wire fence. The woman at the visitors center said the
family closed it to the public about three years ago. |
